CCN Wolverhampton Branch Leader: Josie Gamble
Josie Gamble is the Director of CCN and co-founded the Network in 2017 with friend Gemma Dunn. Both are passionate about creativity and wanted to get Christian creatives in the area together to connect, share ideas, grow and encourage one another. Neither could have imagined where those humble beginnings would take them. Josie is the CCN Wolverhampton branch leader and Gemma moved from Wolverhampton in 2018 and now runs the CCN Salisbury branch.
Josie runs her own graphic and web design business, Gamble Designs, since 2006 and has branded many businesses, sole traders and startups. She loves creating beautiful graphics that effortlessly communicate a message. Working from home, she specialises in brand design and does everything from logos to websites, magazines, flyers, leaflets, signage, social media campaign imagery, social media training and marketing consultations. She is particularly proud of a re-brand for The Original Patty Company, where you can see her patty packaging designs in ASDA nationwide. Josie has a First Class Honours degree in Industrial Product Design and has lectured for seven years at the University of Wolverhampton in Product and Interior design.
Josie volunteers her creative skills and is involved in several community outreach projects such as creating and decorating an epic Christmas Grotto, teddy bear’s picnic and world Africa day decorated venues.
Josie is also part of the Senior Leadership team at LifeSpring Church, Wolverhampton, of which she was a founding member, over 20 years ago in 1998, when God called her to move to the Midlands from Bath. She is married to Ben who has a First Class Honours degree in Fine Art and a Masters in Printmaking. He has taught extensively within the arts in further education and is currently part of the senior team at a specialist arts college. Ben & Josie have three beautiful daughters.
Together they are passionate about championing creativity and seeing the body of Christ at the forefront of creativity in the nation.
