CCN Recognised In National Entrepreneurs Award

We are excited to announce that the founder and director of Christian Creative Directory and Christian Creative Network, Josie Gamble, has been successfully chosen as one of The Telegraph NatWest 100 Female Entrepreneurs to Watch.

The list has been officially announced in The Telegraph Online today and will be featured in an eight-page supplement in the newspaper tomorrow, Saturday 19 November.

The judging panel for the award includes Alison Rose, CEO of NatWest Group; the Telegraph’s executive lifestyle editor, Caroline Barrett-Haigh, and its deputy head of lifestyle and weekend, Tory Young; Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) director Sandra Garlick; and key members from the Rose Review Board, including Debbie Wosskow MBE, co-founder of AllBright, and Jenny Tooth OBE, chief executive at UK Business Angels Association.

Commenting on Josie’s work with CCD and CCN, the judges said: “Your creativity, innovation and perseverance through difficult economic times, and your potential for future growth have made you stand out from other female entrepreneurs, and impressed our esteemed panel of judges”.

The award includes a Parliamentary Reception and an invitation as a guest of honour to The Telegraph’s Women Mean Business Conference at the British Museum.
Other benefits include An Enterprise Health Check, Access to mentorship from BP Ventures, Attendance of BVCA High Growth conference, and Mentoring hours with KPMG Private Enterprise advisers.

When asked how she felt about the award, Josie said, “I was delighted, not only to be recognised as an entrepreneur, but for the national exposure it will give Christian creatives”.

We are excited for the future of the directory and network, grateful for the doors God is opening and believe the support and expertise offered with the entrepreneur award will help the organisation to grow from strength to strength.
